Even though I <3 John Mayer as much as the next guy, someone needs to do something about his song "Man on the Side." It has always bothered me that he uses the term "busy-body" incorrectly.
He says, "Excuse me Mrs. Busybody. Could you pencil me in?" implying that she is a woman who is BUSY and she has no time for him. But a BUSYBODY is not someone who is busy. It's someone to gets in people's business and liked to gossip.
According to Wiktionary: Busybody (plural: busybodies)
1. Someone who interferes with others; one who is nosy, intrusive or meddlesome
